Hi, I’m Teya! I’m a licensed esthetician with two years of experience helping clients look and feel their best. I began my esthetics journey at Xenon Academy in Grand Island, where I also worked for almost a year before moving to Kearney. Now, I’m back in my hometown of North Platte, and I’m so excited to bring my passion for skin care, beauty, and self-care to this community. My goal is to provide each client with a comfortable, relaxing experience while helping them feel confident in their own skin. I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your self-care journey!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduling, Cancellation & Card-on-File Policy PLEASE NOTE: A valid card on file is required to book. By booking, you authorize charges to the card on file for late cancellations and no-call no-shows as outlined below. I value my time as well as yours and ask that all clients respect my scheduling policies. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-call no-shows result in significant loss of time, income, and product. Card on File Requirement • A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. • By booking, you authorize the card on file to be charged only in the event of a late cancellation or no-call no-show, as outlined below. • Your card will never be charged for any other reason. • I will always make a reasonable attempt to contact you prior to charging whenever possible. Cancellations • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total cost of the services booked. • If you contact me, reschedule the same day, and prepay your next appointment, the cancellation fee will be reduced to 25%. No-Call No-Shows & Late Arrivals • No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of the services booked, with no exceptions. • Arriving more than 20 minutes late without contacting me will be considered a no-call no-show. • If I am able to reach you and you reschedule the same day and prepay your next appointment, the fee will be reduced to 50%. Repeat No-Show Policy • Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-call no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be unable to rebook. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy and authorize any applicable charges to the card on file.
